MOSAL
MOSAL (MultiObjective Sequence Alignment) is a software tool that computes Pareto optimal alignments for bicriteria pairwise sequence alignment. Thus, it provides solutions for detailed analysis on the relations between two biological sequence, e.g. DNA and RNA.
